I've recently moved my horse from London up north and have now run out of Balanced horse feeds showmix and can't buy any more of it up here. I was really happy with the results I got from feeding him on a combination of high fibre nuts, Alfa-A and showmix. He's a thoroughbred and can get very naughty in terms of bucking when he chooses to, but on the other hand can be extremely lazy the minute were in the dressage arena. I compete him at pre-novice eventing. He was also really skinny but since he's been on his current feed program he's been looking and feeling great, so i want to make as few changes as possible! Does anyone know a close equivalent to showmix?
