Now being a doting member of the Caspian Horse Society and being a Council Member, we are looking at ways of promoting the Caspian Horse.

I thought it would be helpful to ask the forum members of any shows they know of locally to themselves who hold Rare Breed Classes or World Breed Classes that we can offer Highest Placed Caspian rosettes to the classes they are holding, both in hand and ridden.

We are excited to see Derby County Show is putting three classes for Rare Breeds on and have approached us regarding putting up rosettes.

Equifest have said they would be happy to add the Caspian to the list of Rare Breeds, and Royal London already have them listed.

It would be fantastic to know who else holds these classes so we can approach them and try and drum up some of the Caspian Owners out there and encourage them to bring out their horses and into the show rings.

Thanking you in advance!!!!!!!!!!

Who cant just love these adorable little people!!!!!!!! We have both these boys with us!!!!!

Henley on Thames Show.
A word to the wise tho - some of our pals do these with american quarter horses or paints, and they tend to be dominated by massive prancing Andalusians and Lusitanos! If you have any influence on organisers might be worth suggesting a split at 15hh?!
