Shropshire people?

Hi there everyone,

I am new to this forum, hope you're all having a nice evening and are not suffering from the weather too badly!

My 21 year old daughter has recently moved home up here, and we are looking for a share in the Church Stretton/ Craven Arms/ Bishops Castle Area (South Shrops, near Ludlow).
She has her BHS Stage 2 and has worked at a busy equestrian centre near Epsom Downs Racecourse and at a showing stud in Cornwall. I rode and loved it when I was younger and want to get back into horses with her help now I am living in the country again and have the opportunity to do so.

We would be happy to pay for share up to two days a week. If anyone knows of anything or has advice about finding a share in our area then please help!

Hi welcome to the forum, you could try putting posters in local saddlers etc, I think there is a riding club in the Church Stretton area , perhaps try contacting them. Shame you aren't in North Shropshire

Welcome to Shropshire! I moved up here last summer from Gloucestershire - it's great - a really horsey county.

There are lots of Shropshire based Facebook pages if you do a search and there are horses for loan/share advertised. You could also try Preloved as I've seen some on there too

I saw a 15hh mare advertised this evening for loan, to stay on her current yard at Craven Arms...

(I'm further north - just south of Shrewsbury btw)
