Spent £500 with shwmae on the 13/11/13 almost a month. They ignore my emails, remove my posts on fb, call me abusive and threatening. Surely we can all work together to make people aware.
 
You can't expect to con people out of money and then find them courteous enough to not want to bad mouth the company to high heaven. Why don't you refund all your unhappy customers?

This is what I don't understand.
When most professional companies get complaints, they deal with them.
When Shwmae get complaints, they seem to just argue with them and threaten them with 'legal action.'

It's bizarre.

This sums up the attitude of your company to customers & any dispute they have with you. If the contents of the threads caused any possible legal issue then H&H would have pulled the post weeks ago, they haven't so they are allowing it to continue as complaints appear to be justified?

Wether people like the product or not is immaterial. The issue is over the lack of service, the evasion of sending out already paid for orders & the complete lack of addressing customer complaints. Additionally the fact that the company appears to not accept any blame for these problems & wish to turn any compaint around to be the fault of the customer. This is not the way to run a company. I would think that should any investigation be made into the conduct of the company business it would be hard to find any justification for the cvurrent conduct of the company officials.

I have had serious problems with this company. I have claimed against them in the small claims courts and have just received notification today that they have to pay what they owe me, plus costs. This legal judgement will be entered in the Register of Judgements, Orders and Fines and will affect their credit score as a CCJ does against an individual. If anyone else has not received their goods, having paid for them, I suggest you go down this route. If you Google Small Claims Court, you can find all the necessary information and forms to complete. Good Luck
 
Shwmae Products LTD No not in Carmarthenshire, this was a false point which was published alongside other false points.... I understand you being iffy ebony, but it's better and more professional to face issues and rectify them then run from them and pretend we are perfect when like all companies we have made a few mistakes but all can be sorted with the right advisers and the right customer service
