Shwmae?

Hi Only me, unfortunately I am admin of the following link and have had to deal with many problems with this ( and other companies) so unfortunately have first class evidence the directors do not seem to learn from their mistakes. I feel everyone of us goes through learning curves , especially when young, but sometimes some people do no seem to be in the real world and take responsibilities seriously, especially when they are taking peoples hard earned money . It is not difficult to be honest and admit you cannot provide goods, and then give refunds or negotiate with customers and give them a lead time for delivery, but unfortunately some companies specialise in giving false tracking numbers, blocking customers, giving false telephone numbers , refusing to acknowledge emails sent, stating they have never had fb messages etc etc. giving false address details to companies house, the list is endless!
they do not seem to realise the seriousness of all this and the legalities, one day it will all catch up with them, no one is above the law, however delusional they are. The internet makes it easy for them to scam people, but they will be caught eventually and cannot hide for ever! see Equine products consumer help group for internet purchases -

Well said minkara

I am the co-director of Shwmae, I would like to take this time to apologise for all of the wrongs made whilst working for shwmae. As many of you know I was (and still am) very young and in hindsight was not old enough or mature enough to be running a company. The demand for the products became too great to meet and rather than face up to this things were left to get out of control. Looking back there is a lot I would change and for anyone affected by this I sincerely apologise. I have learnt the hard way but from what I have learnt I will never make these mistakes again and will put my all in to whatever I do.
I am not asking for a second chance, but an apology was needed from myself to everyone and to Jessica who was put under a huge amount of pressure to try and deal with all orders on her own.
I do not wish to argue, if anyone would like to speak to me please message

Hi Annie, thank you for your mature post. may I ask you if, before you embark on another business of wholesaling your products, you are going to reimburse those who are out of pocket from either, non delivered goods, or returned faulty good legitimately returned to yourselves under the distance selling regulations of the Uk? Also the payment of outstanding court summons to customers? If so I wish you well, and maybe we can all return to normal lives
