Sick dog

Hi looking for some advice had to leave dogs in house for about 5 hrs today because I had lots to do, there usually out at yard all day with me anyway came home and my little girl keeps acting like she wants to be sick ... Hoovering up anything that's on the floor and now that she's outside she's just eating grass any advice on what I should do would be much appreaciated thanks

If she is retching or coughing perhaps she has soemthing suck in her throat? Mine often eat grass and it soon comes back up later :-( If in the meantime you get very worried I would call the vet. Hope she is better soon
