I've a mare infoal for sale, she's diffo not expensive I'm just cutting down. But advertised about 6 weeks load of timewasters and I mean timewasters. Have had 3 people that just keep checking in if I still have her, say there going to call and dont. 3 different people but also had normal timewasters and also had genuine people that just doesn't suit which is grand. But why are these other people keep asking me same questions and plan to call lost count the amount of times. I'm going to delete her ad as just sick them. She's a great top bred mare infoal to top stallion no vices nothing and she is very reasonable priced. But why bother keep ringing testing and emailing. Just sick of being messed about.
I'm not bothered if I sell or not as loads of hay and land and can't wait to see her foal as she breeds class foals. But why do people do this. If im looking I'll phone ask meet if suits grand if not no prob. Just stop blood annoying me. I will just lose it next time they do it I've saved there numbers. Sorry for my rant just had to say it somewhere.

Also why ask 20 million questions that is all in ad.

Because you can't trust all sellers so you test them by asking the same question several times and see if you get different answers .
I am a very decisive buyer but will test a seller from several directions while I interrogate them.
People do fuss about buying however so answering lot of calls is something you have to put up with to sell a horse .

Its a fact of life. Anyone who runs their own business will tell you that there are a lot of working hours wasted by dreamers on the phone. You have to just be polite and courtious and sometimes the most unlikely of phone calls leads to the sale that you want!

Timewasting is not exclusive to buyers OP. I arranged to see a horse before Christmas and was waiting for the seller to let me have directions to her yard. Made arrangements for my horses to be looked after that day and for someone to let the dogs out etc and when the directions didn't come I left 2 phone messages for the seller to contact me. Still waiting. Put me to a fair bit of messing about when a phone call to say that the horse wasn't available would have saved me that. People need to realise that changing your mind isn't a hanging offence and a simple phone call makes all the difference.

Hope you find a nice home for your horse soon.

You want to try advertising for staff! 95% are dreamers totally out of touch with reality. God help this country in the future.

The real nuisances are easy to deal with since I got a TrueCall nuisance call blocker. I just block them. Gone! Never to be heard of again!
