sickly dog advice needed.

woken this morning by my dog being sick all brown and smelt terrible watery with little bit of food in he was sick twice, cleaned him up the sick up and let him out, when he came in he drank some fresh water then was sick again twice brough all the water back then he went to sleep for a few hours he has now woken drank some more water and was sick again all water came back its not coming back straight away its about 5 mins later seams to be when it hits is stomac. He is bright and still boundy he is a puppy 5 months old just after advice

I can only advise you what I would do myself and that would be ring your vet, it could literally be anything but in such a young dog I would not wait and see.

Ditto Dobiegirl. As he is a pup he could have eaten something thats caused a blockage, far better to get it checked out sooner rather than later.

The fact that he can not keep water down is a worry as he can quickly become dehydrated . In my opinion he needs to see a vet. Hope he gets better soon.

If you haven't already he needs to see a vet. Ditto the dehydration risk with his age and or possible blockage from eating something he shouldn't

I've just taken my 6 month old puppy to the vets has he has watery diarrhoea (sp) - vet thinks on this occasion he's picked up something dodgy from where we walk and is on antibiotics for 5 days - however, 2 of my friends dogs also have the squits so rather think its a bug going round.

Hope you manage to get to see a vet and puppy is feeling better quickly.
