can anybody give me their experience of dealing with sidebone? It seems my mare may have it on her off fore which is a very boxy and upright hoof. Farrier has always shod her well with plenty of support at the heel etc but is going to put bar shoe's on to try and help her more, especially with this very hard ground.
Have got vets coming out on thursday to do nerve blocks etc but would like to hear of other peoples success or not at managing this condition.
