Signatures

Last week I asked how to create one of these signature with 3 or 4 photos next to each other, and I got pointed to the Picture Gallery step by step...

However, I have a work laptop and cannot download the needed program. Does anyone have an alternative, or a way to get the signature like this without the download?

I've downloaded paint.net but it's driving me mad as my photos are all different sizes and when I crop and adjust stuff it all goes pants

TBH you can do it in a pretty much any program that deals with graphics/photos as long as you save it as jpg and download it to photobucket.

OK martin, thanks. Laptop has Photoshop on - I know the basics. What are the dimensions that the signature should be, either pixels or CM's/MM's please?
