Silly question, but what is Handy Pony classes?

Pretty much what title is, what do you do in the class and what does it involve?

basically its just a course of tasks like opening a gate, taking down/putting up washing on a line, mounting/dismounting etc and the fastest pair to complete the task wins there was a good post a while back with ideas for it..
