Silly Question...Can I get a noseband lenghtened?

So I got a full sized GFS Contrast Crank Bridle for xmas this year, got it for doing flat work and dressage.

Now the bridle fits perfect... but the nose band won't even reach to do up on the first hole!

I don't really want to get a new nose band, as I bought this bridle because I liked the silver piping on the noseband and headband

So I wondered whether I can get the leather lengthened on it?

Here's a picture of the noseband below (not on my horse!lol) the piece of leather where you would fasten the noseband can completely come off the noseband... does anywhere sell these as separate pieces? could just buy a larger one then

If I can't do either of the above I'll just send it back

It's really annoying as he's other bridle is a full and is plenty big enough... I don't think Pebz nose is that big

I have a crank noseband which looks very similar to the one you have. Don't know for certain, but I would have thought most saddlers would be able to make one for you. It is only a piece of leather with a buckle on the end.

Echo they would just make a new piece to go over the head
