Bailey quite often grazes with me sleeping/sunbathing on the best spot in the field.

What silly things do your horsies let you do? Pics please :) :)

Excuse her condition.. she's out 24/7 at the moment and is rather house-sized and unfit!

But here is Foxy 'saying please.'

Rather cute however can get annoying when she follows you around the field saying please, sadly for her I am not a polo mint vending machine.

elsie cat that is beyond adorable!!! how did you teach her to do that??? xx

I had no idea she could do it until an old owner mentioned it to me.. It took a few days for her to remember (via carrots and polos you must understand ;)).

She is learning to bow at the moment, shes not just a one trick pony

mount bareback while he's bowing down...

I could go on - it would be fair to say tht very little I do with mine isn't silly :o

Im on my mobile and it apparently doesnt want to play ball! But I have definately seen the pawing picture! You must be in a horsey group that I am. I shant give my surname but im leah and my pro pic is me on a chestnut :-)

Wow can anyone tell me how to teach "please"? My horse says thank you by doing the same leg action when ever she gets her dinner, please would be a nice addition to this ;)
Unfortiunately have no photo's , I will have to get some! :)

Kiz says please its easy to teach but be careful not to let any pawing :). stand to one side at their head pointing at the leg you want them to lift hold a carrot or which ever treat u want to use and say the command press the shoulder and when they lift the leg reward then they will eventually get the idea and will do it on command...if you need a video I could always do one :) x

Awww, my boy does that too! He spends most of life on three legs hoping someone will send a carrot his way :D

Both of mine 'say please' although Tiggers command is 'shake a hoof'
Here's a picture of Tigs..

Bramble responds to 'say please' and we are now learning to do separate legs on command. We get through some carrots mind you! No pics of her doing that though but one of her from yesterday morning.. (she loves playing with her feed bucket!)

My old girl didn't mind in the least if I stuck my freezing hands (I suffer from Raynauds) between her bum cheeks to warm them up - it really worked a treat too. She also loved it if I stood behind her with my hand between her back legs giving her udder and belly button a tickle/scratch.
