I've been reading an article on wound management and the use of silver dressings was highlighted.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what brand name I should be looking for? !!!

Flamazine Cream is Silver sulfathiazide.

Flamazine cream is fantastic, esp with stubborn wounds. Its prescription only at around £15 for a tube.
