silvermoor or horsehage

Hi has anyone got a view on which of these is more economical? Have used both no probs quality wise but due to running out of large haylage bales and no sign of supplier may have to go down the small bale route temporarily. I like the horsehage because the bales come in slices and its easier to use but its dearer I think. Not sure either if one is heavier than the other.

Not really but I know my two love Silvermoor and neigh for their nets.

I think horsehage is a couple of kilo's heavier, but it probably equals out price wise. Mine loves Silvermoor too!

mine much prefer Silvermoor to horsehage. I was having to throw part of the bale away with Horsehage as it wasnt being eaten, never had that problem with Silvermoor

Thanks. Mine sometimes have the blue horsehage as an emergency back up but agree they probably prefer the Silvermoor.
