It is a shame he couldn't just give the ££, but doest the charity end p having to pay tax if something if there is one massive donation from a person? I mean like a couple of hundred k.

Well the fact it was on the H&H page must help - I have just donated £20 to them which will go a tiny bit to the fund.

Long term the ability to promote itself well and have public awareness is worth a huge amount to them if he can pull it off.
