wondering what experiences people have had feeding simple systems feed?
I’ve just started my 27 yr old pony on Topgain, as for the first time he’s looking his age. Do you know how much weight is in a Stubbs scoop? Obviously feeding tiny amounts at the moment. TIAI have fed SS for years! My late TB had Green Gold, Blue Bag grass pellets and Total Eclipse. When he reached his twilight years I added TopGain and he looked fantastic on it! We now only have the childrens ponies and they are fed (all slightly differently) a combination of Lucie Fibre Pellets, Lucie Nuts, TopGain and Total Eclipse and all are thriving on it.
Brilliant customer service and love that it is delivered (and very promptly too).

Thank you, he’s having a mug a day now, so I won’t increase it. ?Hi, I weighed out a Stubbs scoop this morning and it came in at 1.7kg! Far more than I used to feed my TB and the two ponies that are currently on it are getting a mug (soaked) split between them (sorry, I didn’t weight this!) alongside their Lucie Nuts.
Yes, agree. Some horses I look after have Lucie stalks chaff. It’s horrible! Like dusty plastic match sticks!Really pleased with them. I don’t use the chaffs as find the stalks too stalky and the other one was quite dusty.
