Count me in, but DA will only be trotting come November so might just need to bring Tank Pony & show you all how it's done! (stop laughing now please!)

Well we can do it in the New Year Nic once your pony is fit! Or bring Tank Pony and show us all a thing or two! Think it could be a good wee thing to do, let's hope the weather is kinder this year though!
 
Late this year or early this year should be fine for me as long as it's not the last two weeks of Nov. Maybe into 2011 would be best to let Kez and pony get to know each other and maybe get DA fit enough to play (although Tank Pony sounds like he'd be a fun addition to our gang of course...!) Nic, you could always do a round on Hopalong! :D

Oh yes ive broken a bone in my foot! Accident involved too many cocktails and 5 inch heels :-P

Can't put any weight on it, so currently doing work without stirrups....in the hope of no bucking and yeeehaaing from Shaun so i dont go splat!!

Jan/Feb time will be grand, we can have a think about suitable dates etc closer to the time - whoever has the arsiest boss for authorising holidays can be the first to suggest a date lol! Getting holidays is no bother, and can always scrounge up a lift to Rowallan even if I have to stable the night before and get picked up that evening - always ways around these things!

Oh and Tricksibelle never mind good seat, think of how good your abs will be! Don't fancy a broken bone just to get toned up though, and somehow can't work up the inclination to cross my stirrups, think Bonzo might send me into orbit!

Jan/Feb time great for me also i think...lets keep our fingers crossed the snow stays away!

Eeeh should be mended in about 6 weeks i think, have crutches etc! Should be good in a week or 2 to start riding properly! Shaun is of course behaving but finding it a bit dull! Was all geared up for Rowallan this weekend which is no longer happening :-(

Abs yes...haha! Thats what people keep saying!

Ouch Tricks!

My work are great re holidays, however Feb is year end. Make sure the kids aren't off though or Rowallan is full of small annoying people! :p
 
Aim for Jan then and hope weather doesn't foil us? :) I'm afraid with it being mid week I will not be able to bring along paparazzi. :( Can't see him taking time off work sadly. But there should be enough of us that we can take some vids/attempt photos of our own! :)

Tricksibell- hope the 6 weeks fly by and you are a fast healer. :)

Kez how much I'm on the way depends on what road you come - only ten mins from Rowallan though so pretty close lol!

Nic couldn't agree more, it's actually best to go mid morning you usually pretty much get the place to yourself except on blimmin school holidays haha.

Tricksibelle he certainly seems to have scope, what we lack in style we make up in enthusiasm at the moment but hoping to be a bit more 'polished' sooner rather than later!

FigJam could you not convince MrFigJam to have the 'flu that day? Surely between us all we can manage a few pics though...

BogPony - knew I'd forget someone! We'll be taking over Rowallan, I can pre-warn them that we're coming so the kitchen are ready for us lol!

Jen- you have indeed started summat! :D If we aim for end of Jan, the schools should be back by then. I'll take the whole day off, so should be able to do mid morning no bother. No one in my team has late Jan time booked off (just now), so as long as I book it in the next month or so should be fine.

It's 'my' show the first weekend of October (the SWS Area show) so will def be at that, think it might be a bit soon for you to be recovered but you should def come watch on the Friday night. As should everybody local actually - Friday 1st October at Rowallan, we have a 'bucking bronco challenge', a hairies grand national, an invitational junior speed and power and a senior invitational 1.20m mirror track (and you all might want to come and cheer on at least one of the invited riders...) £5 on the door, it's a brilliant night and the bar is always rammed!

January sounds good, we can coordinate a date and get it done - did you notice how I've managed to get all the eventers to come showjumping training? Mwahahahaha...

ETA BogPony it would have to be a Thursday, they don't do Fridays!x
