Sinus Infection Treatment

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can help me out with the name of a medication given for equine sinus infections? I think it's a human heart medication (???) and you have to give around 20 tablets a day - I think the name starts with an F (but could be wrong!).

I have no idea?? I thought i was a bit of an expert on sinus infections seen as my mare has had nearly 4k spent on her sinus infections in the last year but she has never been given any human heart medications, she was on antibiotics (trimediazine), antifungals (imaverol), and antiseptics (pevidine) and painkillers (danilon)
Sorry cant be more help, only my experience.
