Sinusitis?

Hello peeps

My 3 year old has got a bump each side of her nasal bone where I believe her sinuses are? She's her normal self and doesn't appear ill or lethargic. There's no snot or any other symptoms.

I'm going to phone the vet tomorrow but in the meantime, does anyone have any idea what this may be?

It is probably due to teething, similar bumps sometimes show on the lower jaw, if she is bright with no discharge it is unlikely to be a sinus infection, just keep an eye on it but they may take months to settle down.
