No worries, it is a simulated exercise and she is 'searching' the 'criminal' for weapons while the dog guards, that is why she then takes the switch off him, she is 'disarming' him, the dog should either perform a 'hold and bark' or a 'silent guard' while the handler does this, and not go in for another sneaky bite
