Went for SJ lesson today with a proper showjumper as really need to get Hen's showjumping up to scratch ready for the new season!
Had a really good lesson, really working on getting the engine going to get the spring to jump the best she can. He really liked her, though she was a nice stamp, with a cracking jump -when she bothered! Two main things to work on - getting the power and getting her to drop her head, so I have lots of exercises to work on at home and are going back to him next week. It's really nice to have a proper showjumper say she could be good - makes it feel like it's worth putting all the work into.
