Can't remember who wanted the SJ reports so here goes.
Well following XC schooling this week thought had better have a jump yesterday at home as a judge to see how it affected her brain
Well to say she was manic was an understatement. I had an oxer and upright on 2 diferent angles off a corner and we jumped the wrong fence twice when she locked on so I got off and wacked them up to about 130m and blow me down if she just came round and jumped them calmly
So this was followed by me working a night shift and 4 hrs sleep and off to Merrist kindly escorted by Elles
They were very strict there today and although no one was ready to jump I was not allowed to walk the course and no one jumped for 20 mins into the class and they envoked the 3 min rule
I warmed up without seeing anyone jump and had no idea of the distances opps
Went in a bit nervous as first time in ages jumping a 110 cold. Well, really should trust Saf more, jockey was nervous and was a little pull pull fire fire and was more than happy with 2 down more my fault at not knowing the distances
Looked at photos after and one rather defensive seat photo
(not good) and another over the first part of the double which I bought and really shows her tucking up in front, thank god for the stud guard
Only did the one class today, it was fab to see Daisy Dick there with a string of horses including Spring Along, what a lovely lady she seems to be.
Went back to watch the later classes inc the 130, some lovely horses *dreams of Saf jumping a 130 and clear in the ring
