10 years ago I was competing at 3 star level but after a long time off i'm a bit of a wimp at showjumping. I've got a lovely scopey 4yo to bring on but i'm worried that I'm going to ruin him for SJ. My problem is that i'm obsessed with seeing a stride and end up fiddling, going backwards and messing it up. I know the correct approach is a quality canter with minimal interference, but it is easier said than done. I need to find a good SJ trainer - can anyone recommend one who will preferably travel to my yard in Dorset. thanks
