i go eventing with several different riders i tend to find the lower the level you go to the more of a mess the warm uparea is , now dread having to go BE80 with the kids you end up fearing for your life . when you go with the " bigger boys" you tend to find that everyone works together if some one goes to walk in front / change a fence my riders jumping it tends to be me that shouts upright ox etc, but as a rule its normal all good as most of us grooms no each other and who we all working with. so sj warm up tends to be a good time to have a fag and a chat lol
