Assuming you mean the Skinners Field & Trial Duck & Rice?

Skinner's Field & Trial Duck & Rice: https://www.allaboutdogfood.co.uk/dog-food-reviews/0295/skinners-field-and-trial-duck-and-rice
CSJ complete tripe: https://www.allaboutdogfood.co.uk/dog-food-reviews/0247/csj-complete-tripe

They seem to have comparable ratings and daily feeding costs, and they're very similar in terms of Dry Weight Nutrients. The Tripe has a few more supplementary ingredients (Like Glucosamine and Milk Thistle) but does have Maize in it. The Skinners has a much smaller, simpler ingredient list (which isn't necessarily a bad thing depending on what you're after!).
Looking at the meat content, the Skinners only contains 20% duck meat meal, whereas the Tripe is 26% Fresh Tripe and 15% beef meat meal.
I wouldn't like to say which is better, as they both have advantages and disadvantages over the other.

Is there a specific reason you are debating between these two in particular?

Csj is, in my opinion, underrated as a kibble. Of the two I'd go for that, partly because its git more actual meat in, partly because I've had a dog thats sensitive to rice and that's not fun.
