Skinny legged boots?

Can anyone recommend some long riding boots that are skinny enough for a 12 inch calf? Size 5-6 foot and and leg measures 15.5 inches to the back of my knee. Ideally under £140! I tried the HKM Valencia kids which were too wide in the leg and too short.

I recently bought some Just Toggs Nebraska Long Boots from Sports Direct, and subsequently sent them back as I didn't have a hope in hell of getting the zips at the back done up. I think my calves are about 14"?

They're on sale for about £85 on there, so might be worth looking at?

Shires Norfolk do a XS calf. I have the skinniest calves known to man and they fit. Can't remember the actual measurements, but worth a look.

Failing that, Brogini have a range of calf sizes, but I'm not sure if they will be in budget.
