Thank you all for putting up with my (probably tiring) posts on Mr Darcy so far.
He is enjoying the spring grass now, and over the past 3 weeks since being gelded has only dropped a tiny bit of condition which was to be expected.
Feed wise he has decided that he doesnt like the AlfaA Oil - poss too course for him, and wants to go back to a softer chaff.
He has just been wormed again, and is on garlic granuals as standard, and pink powder for a couple of months, in with his youngstock mix. Without overloading him with too much vit/min, what else could you recommend to get his weight on. A more palatable chaff maybe, or poss s.beet or would this be too much for him?
He is on 2 good sized feeds a day and his grazing is super.
