Skye has had her stitches out this morning. iThe eye socket has healed brilliantly and the vet is very pleased with her. She can resume her flyball and agility and "proper" walks next week.
I'm so relievesd and want to say a

You are all fantastic and it is so good to know there is a netwrok out there when you need it.
 
Glad she is doing well, they are amazing how they cope aren't they? Glad the experiences of others on here helped, have to say I wish I had been on here when Chaka had her eye removed, might have saved me some panicking.:p

It really was a great help to me to hear of other's experiences and see the pics. I think it is the fear of the unknown.
Sorry that you didn't have the support.
I too was panicking until I used this forum.
You are fantastic people in times of need.
 
Hurrah for Skye. I'm so pleased she's making a stellar recovery. Does she seem brighter in herself, now that the painful eye has gone?
