Sleep humping

My boy constantly 'humps' in his sleep . He was neutered late , 10 , as he was a rescue and believed to have been a stud dog.
He's now 13.
Anyone having this problem?

It's embarrassing though , I live in a caravan and when he really gets going, the whole van rocks.
The neighbours must think I'm at it all night sometimes

Our bitch Summer bumped the duvet if she found it had bunched up under her tummy.

It was something she grew out of, maybe a bit unusual for a bitch, but she was a rescue so may have been insecure at first. It's also something they see litter mates doing and copy.
