Sleep well Polly

So sorry Scats, having recently lost a very complicated but lovely mare that I am also sure loved me in her way as much as I loved her, I can imagine how you might feel just now. Take care xx
 
So sorry to hear this. One of mine has EMS and we have just scraped a win in a year long battle with lami, which we very nearly lost several times, so I fully understand. It’s such an awful disorder and so hard to manage xxx

Laminitis is horrid, I lost one to laminitis, and have three 6that currently suffer. My connie just had a flare up of it.
 
Im so sorry. Take comfort that you put her first and made the hardest decision, even though you knew how painful it would be for you.

She's beautiful, what is her breeding. So very very sorry for your dreadful loss.

We never knew her breeding. She’s just unrecorded in her passport.
She was exceptionally beautiful and stunning to look at. I don’t think I’ve ever met a prettier mare before.
 
My darling we had the same with our spaniel. Yes we could have gone on with drugs but we has caring owners know the time don’t we? Such a hard but true animals know. Please be kind to self ( I miss my girl so much) and hold the memories ❤️xx
 
It is so hard to say goodbye when you love them so much. Thinking of you and hope you find comfort in knowing you did your very best for her.
