After realising that sleeping on my shoulders was stretching the muscles in the wrong way and making them round when in resting position. I started to sleep on my back so allowing my shoulders to relax back, perfect riding position. Bit of a lightbulb moment! And it has actually improved my riding.

I can't sleep on my back, I wake up with terrible neck pain and headache. (Plus, OH tells me I snore when I'm on my back!).

having to sleep on back atm as have tendonitis in my shoulder joints have not noticed a difference in my posture though i would try this long term but also get bad back :) maybe a good ortho pillow would help as well
