"slow down" banner - looks good

I just saw this on equisafety website

Looks good if you have a crossing or own a field next to a busy road

I think it is a good idea but it is a bit text heavy, would it remove a driver's concentration if they tried to read it all at once and look at the picture?

Fantastic idea,but should be used as a big road sign with the picture as main focus and Please slow down underneath!

less for driver to read,they focus on the picture instead and we would hope most people have a heart and would SEE the damage they can cause!

Exactly,the pic and please slow down maybe enough

too much txt is bad,i have very often said about those stupid overhead signs on the motorway "mobile phones blah blah",i am more likely to crash looking up reading that than i am looking forward on my phone

I agree about the text, but it's a very graphic and shocking picture, which is what you want i think. I really like it and think it would work. Could do with some up on the main road i have to cross to get anywhere.

Somebody has handwritten some "please slow down on bends, horses and riders use this road regularly" put red and white tape round the edges and put them in visble places in the hedge on one particularly nasty road by us. Most cars seem to be listening, it does seem better than before - but now the horses are spooking at the new signs

Don't know how long it'll be before the council comes to remove them, but I'm sure they will.
