Does anyone have any experience of using this (oddly named) calming supplement? I am thinking of using on my 5 yr old WB/TBX youngster. Was recommended by the online supplement provider as being their best seller but I have never heard of it until now.

It is the most fabulous stuff - for moody mares, ones that are in season all the time etc. really sorts out them out! As it is herbal you can compete on it, race on it etc., and there are no side effects. The company Herbalwise is in Ireland www.herbalwise.ie and the lady who will send you the stuff in England is called Pippa - 07803046109.
 
As this excellent name for a product ie does what it says on the tin - I thought I would amuse you a little further - the one for the boys is called Coltish! There is a calmer called Steady Neddy one for breathing called Clean as a Whistle and the list goes on! All named by Sheila in Ireland wife of the founder of the company - they have a lot of fun with naming as you probably gather. For some odd reason the US will not have Slut Mix in the country it has had to be renamed!
 
Absolutely not advertising other than by referencing the name of the product which I had to do yo get feedback. Totally genuine post on my part as I had never heard of it before but the provider said its the most popular moody mare / calming supplement they sell and it literally flied off the shelves when it arrives. I will report how the mare gets on with it. Thanks for the feedback on it - had no idea about the manufacturers history but was told it was an Irish based company that produced it.
 
Fantastic stuff used on a mare last event season after being told by a friend and it was great. Thank god its online as I didn't fancy walking into my feedstore and asking for a pot of slut mix ;)
 
Horse Health sell slut mix!

I found out about it when I discovered a page torn from the catalogue and the slut mix circled in black marker outside my horses door... !
