Small Nelson gag - where to find one?

Does anyone know where I could get a single-link Nelson gag in a size 4 3/4" / 5"? Neue Schule do a Nelson gag in 5" but only in lozenge or waterford mouthpieces (don't know if there is any particular reason for this?!) but mine seems to go better in a single link...

Shires do an American gag in 4.5" with single link, but can't think of anyone else who does full cheek gags in small sizes

You can get one made by Abbey - but will probably be more expensive than Neue Schule
