Small pony bridles advice

We have a 12.2 pony arrive that has the smallest head and ears. The bridle is done up very snuggly, but it still comes off over the ears, saddler says its because the ears are so small.
Any advice on bridles that may be better?

I use the Decathlon pony bridle on my 11hh ish, it has never come off. The throatlach and noseband are linked together underneath the head like in a headcollar. The multicolored reins are great for kids too.

if you google small pony bridles you’ll find lots! Dinky ponies or Dinky rugs I think it’s called does them too

We have out 12.2 in a standard shetland bridle - fits great!

I have plaited the bridle into the mane before when ponies have had ears too small. Plaiting band each time on the end. Our little ones wear Shetland sized bridles.
