Small self contained yard wanted

I suppose this is an advert of sorts but am getting desparate and yes, I'm well aware there are loads of us looking for this but hey it's worth a try.

As above really. I want a little yard for my own two neds either to rent or buy, will consider anything TBH but you never know someone may know someone etc.

Yes that's the one. I do know of a little place that would be perfect but it's about 11 miles away at Claverdon and so would be difficult to do it with working hours etc. Need somewhere really close
