Small yearling?

I have a Welsh C who is 18 months and standing at 12hh. His dam is 12.3hh and sire 14.1hh. I’m hoping he will make 13.2hh, is this realistic? Does anyone else have any welsh yearlings and know what height they’re standing at now?

He sounds on track to make the height you're hoping, or not too far off at any rate.

rough guide on height is measure from the floor to the point of elbow and from the ergot to point of elbow and add together which will give the rough adult height or the "string test"
