Can anyone recommend a reliable online shop I can get a Smart Tails?

I ordered one last Thursday from a company that advertises a lot and was told it would be sent out first class mail Thursday or Friday. I still hadn't received it yesterday, so I telephoned to follow-up. I was told they couldn't find the order on the computer and the person took my telephone number and said she would look into it and get back to me yesterday afternoon. I heard nothing, so I rang again this afternoon and was told they still couldn't find the order. Not sure why somebody couldn't have rang me back yesterday. They offered to take my details again but I said I was reluctant as I had already given my card details and wanted to check my account first. But frankly this level of service does not give me confidence, so I will not be using this retailer again.

Can anyone recommend another supplier please?

Poor you EJWC - is a Smart Tails one of those thinning rakes? If so I bought one at my local tack shop! Get googling kid!

That was the company I ordered from originally. They lost the original order and then didn't bother to ring me back (as promised) when I followed up.

I was hoping there was an alternative.

I bought a dog grooming rake, which are very similar to the 'smart tails', from my local pet shop. They're a lot cheaper, and do the same job.

If it doesn't try Derby House (I have one of their own version ones) or if you are using it to "pull" a tail I have used a grapefruit knife with good effect to give the pulled look, and they are cheap!
