Ok, so got his mane and tail pulled in the evenings, and gave him a quick sponge off Saturday night (bit cold for a proper bath). Got a few pictures of him Sunday morning - grey and dull day so not great - OH was using his new toy (digital SLR camera thing) so some were blurry etc while he got used to it. Did a few jumps on the lunge before letting him loose. Here are a few of the piccies;

He was a good boy, as always, and behaved superbly. Having considered dropping the price etc, I have now decided that my groom will be riding him this coming weekend with me watching but not 'interfering' and if all goes well, she will take up riding him regularly. He really is so special, and I know some people hate him, but in the flesh he is so much better than in photos, and he has such a fantastic attitude to work and life in general.

Gorgeous!! What are you doing with him now.... are you going to sell him?? He is lovely. How big is he?

Well he reminded me this weekend how lovely and easy he is to deal with, and what a great attitude he has for work... If my groom gets on ok with him at the weekend, chances are he will be staying, or at least staying until someone makes me an offer around the asking price... I was going to drop the price and just try and find him a good home, but now I really don't want to part with him (well, never did in the first place, lol!).

This is him after the fence, tucking his little legs up;

He is lovely, makes a great shape over a fence.

If you put white boots on his fronts it may make a better picture, would even up the markings (which I love) and make him look more uphill.

Don't drop your price - He's cheap already..... and actually, it would put me off - being too cheap raises question marks (sorry, live in Dressage land where prices are silly for something competitive)
I think he's lovely and easily worth what your asking.
Mind you, i'm really pleased to hear you may keep him. Hope he's a good boy with your groom.
I'm aure come spring time you'll sell him no probs! although think you should hang on to him and lease him if you can :-)
