Wasnt sure weather to post about this or not, coz its abit personal!
But, we bathed Buster yesterday and we were sitting on the sofa last night and all we could smell was, how can I describe it, stagnent pee! Buster is the cleanest dog I know and he's never smelled before, but his little boy bits were really smelly last night.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be?

If you hadn't said that it specifically was the area around his penis and/or testicles that smelled, I wouldn't have been surprised if it was the usual thing with that some dogs really doesn't like the smell we give them by bathing them, so they manage to roll themselves in "Eau de Pee" soon afterwards.

If he already had a small leakage problem + he was bathed yesterday, I wouldn't believe that he would start to smell that fast. It also should be more likely that you had smelled it before the bath and not after, unless it's something that has turned up after the bath.
Is it possible that he got shampoo there that irritated the area?
Have you tried cleaning him with only water and seen if or how fast the smell came back?
If it's a discharge that causes the smell, he can have gotten a urine-infection or the bath just coincided with him showing signs of prostate problems. So to be on the safe side, if it's a discharge get him to a vet asap.
