Smelly Frog / lame/ how to treat

Hi, after mystery lameness the vet has been again today and after x raying hoof found shadowy area near frog and after cutting away some of frog it appears to be infected on the underside.

I am to treat with peroxide to see if clears up but does anyone have any products they have used to help with stubborn problems - he always has his hoofs picked out and is on a clean bed so we are not sure how this has happened , any tips appreciated, thanks

Anti Bac is amazing stuff for any sort of foot infections

peroxide worked for us, small bout of seedy toe.
