So with recent criticism of DH online on here in mind and never having used them before, I still went a head with a purchase of some Sno Boots (£20 so not a big gamble). I've had a customer registration email and no order confirmation sent through. The website said the boots would be in stock from 14th and the money has gone from my account.

I know post will be slow and didn't expect to see them this side of Christmas, but do they usually give you a heads up on order confirmation and when it's been shipped?

ordered some for my mum a while ago, rang them today and said they wouldnt be in stock until 23rd January (even though it said in stock on the website when I ordered them). so annoyed and just asked them to refund me!

I toook advantage of the same offer, noting that stock in my size would be dispatched around 14th Dec. I did receive a dispatch notice email - boots delivered on sunday, and very nice they are too!

Try calling their customer service dept - I hope you get them soon.

They are a bit hit and miss with delivery
Word of caution, just sent a pair of these back as they came up sooo small I couldn't even get my foot past the ankle!

I got a pair of the blue ones a few months ago from DH for £20. they arrived quickly.
Plus points: they are warm and have a good grip.
Negative: come up small in size and they arent waterproof, so I didn't find them any good for the yard.

******. I think I may well be in the same boat then. Did you just ring a number on their website?

I'll be going for refund too if it's that long. I ordered as in stock, then after order on website said that 14th Dec stock date. If pushed back again I'll cancel.

Ordered on the snug side too, so may well be worth cutting my losses!

Tamsinkb - Did you get an order confirmation through email?

ordered some a weekish ago for mums christmas present, they said they'd be dispatched on the 14th and were delivered on the 15th! VERY suprised !

Only 2 pairs have a waterproof lower half. I have bought both of these pairs and had great confirmation and delivery. One pair weren't in stock until the 14th but they were sent out that day and came very quickly.
Just about to order some more for when the snow actually comes (me or OH didn't find they come up small!), have never had any problems with DH, always prompt and helpful!

Phoned up today and told that the order must have gone wrong on 14th as now booked for 21st Jan. Then came to the conclusion they've just had to order more in (at least they are fulfilling the price but if they have order numbers they ought to buy enough in!)

I've kept going with order as customer service on phone was great and they'll still be cheaper than buying next winter. Straight through on phone and they've changed the boots up a size for me. Was buying to be snug but want to get them on, so will just stick welly warmers in if they're normal sized :) Fingers crossed I see them next year...

I won't use DH to order things in a hurry ever though!

CC I don't think I've ordered waterproof ones but for £20 I'm happy to just wear on cold days :) Last waterproof sno boots I had tore my ankles to shreds so steered clear this time!
