God - how awful! Those poor owners, it would never have occurred to me how dangerous something so innocent and festive could be.

I never have any mistletoe or berries of any kind in my house either
A friend sent me a post regarding a cat that almost died from licking one of those salt lamps. The vets acted really quickly and luckily the cat lived , but apparently many don't
