Went ot get Beau in from the field tonight and the wee rascal was away over the far side so had ot wait for him to toddle over after I whistled for him. Well! He came over doing this absolutely fabulous trot, very showy and looked a lot nicer than usual, and even on teh walk in he seemed to be walking better
. Well......................................................................It wasnt until I got him into the light that I realised he has 1 1/2 inches of Ice in his front feet
, so he was leveled (hes rather croup high).
I was rather sad and whipped his rugs off to see what he would look like if he was better put together and it wasnt bad.......shame it wasnt to last.
But I do like ice shoes, they get all the crap out from under the hooves, now his are sparkly clean
