Snow spoils everything!! :(

Just now i was supposed to be in london watching war horse! But nooo snow had to spoil it!!

I was supposed to be going down last night with my best mate (for her bday which is today) and her mum, but flights got cancelled so booked onto the seven this morning flight but that got cancelled aswell! Actually gutted

What a shame! You missed an absolute treat. We went with friends last Saturday, I was just speaking to them on the phone and we were saying how glad we were that it was last Saturday, as we doubted if we would have got there this weekend. It's a fantastic play. A few years ago we were meant to go to see Les Miserables and had to turn back because of bad snow, and they issued us with tickets for another evening when we told them what had happened. It might be worth you trying to do the same, although I know that War Horse finishes its run soon so there may not be any tickets available.

i braved the snow and travelled to london last night it was a nightmare never again will i do it in the snow...shame u missed out but better to be safe than sorry!!

im gutted to its my bday today and ive been snowed in plus im meant to be picking my new horse up tomorrow but thats not gona happen im sooo disappointed

Tass your making me so jelous!! Theres no way we could have got there cos were up in invernessshire and all the palnes were cancelled...even though our airports in the highlands was fine but Gatwick wasn't! makes no sense!
Showcob, maby it is best but still so gutted!

thank you..hasnt been the best bday been stuck in all day

london itself wasnt too bad but gettin there from surrey was especially as a load of snow fell off the roof of my car and broke my windscreen wipers and we had to keep stoppin and clearing windscreen with my sleave!!! lots of people skidding and spinning on the smaller roads altho the motor way wasnt too bad!

maybe if u ring up and explain u might get more tickets are im sure there must be loads of people in the same boat!
