Hey all

Just a link to some pics of Ollie in the snow in his new home (moved yards last month). He looks like he enjoys the snow where as I am hating it lol. Just if you're bored and fancy a nose :p The little ginger pony bullies him...he is such a wuss LOL

Out of interest what do you think of his confo? I'm useless at that sort of thing and would be interested to hear what more knowledgeable people think. He is 5 and KWPN used to some BD and hopefully BE90 next year :)

Hope everyone is coping Ok in the snow.My hands resemble reptile claws. The cold dries them out something chronic!

Love your photos KF, Ollie looks the picture of health. And yes it's the age old thing isn't it, they look great and we end up looking weatherbeaten and knackered! Wouldn't want to comment on his conformation as no expert but really like him.

Might be worth you trying almond oil on your hands or some other cream and then put some cotton gloves on overnight. Sounds a bit namby pamby I know but it does work. Need to dig mine out actually, the sides of my index fingers are like sandpaper now.
 
Love Ollie, he is a superstar & looks really happy in his new home. Really couldn't find anything to criticise in his confo, he is such a nice horse.
 
Aw thanks guys. I think he is delicious but always nice to hear someone else saying it too...I'm like one of those "my child is perfect" mums lol. Even if I did know anything about confo I wouldn't be able to criticize him but happy to hear off people who do know anything...good or bad :p just out of interest really.

Thanks for the tips for the hands ISH. I have a ball next week and at this rate I will look like I have the hands of a 500yo crocodile so as "namby pamby" as it may be I think I'm gona have to give it a whirl!

And sadie b goodness knows why they love the snow so much. I would have thought it would be too cold on their legs but Ol isn't ready to come in until it's dark and he is out at 9am/10am.
