Snuggy hoods questions

Hi,

Thinking of buying a snuggy hood headless turnout.

For those of you that have experience of them, what do you think? I mainly only want it for use before shows, I thought that because its waterproof it would be handy (Coloured horse has big white neck and mane and likes lying in droppings!) Probably would come in very handy over winter to help prevent rubs too.

Thoughts anyone?

i use them on my pony he suffers from sweat itch and they are brilliant
