Snuggy jams

Hi I am considering buying my horse a snuggy jams hood (fleece) for when winter really sets in as she has a 500g rug but no neck cover. I had a cheaper version of these before but I found it moved and at times covered my pony's eyes. Do the snuggy jam hood covers move around?

I had some and they were great, never moved, washed well and the company will repair if necessary

Ok great thanks. Just didn't want to waste my money if she's going to be blinded like my cheaper hood did.
