I recently purchased a 6' Mark Todd JHL fly rug from an ebay shop. It arrived in a bag stating 6', I opened it and it had one label saying 6' then two sewn in to the rug saying 5'9" so I measured the rug only to find it actually measured 5'6".
I told the shop that I didn't want a replacement as I needed a rug quickly and did not want to risk another error. I was told to return the item and that the return postage would be refunded as per their returns policy. The policy stated that if an item was deemed defective return postage would be refunded. I received a refund for the rug but not the postage so I opened a case with ebay but they ruled in favour of the seller and closed the case. I have just tried to leave negative feedback and ebay have removed it! What is the point in feedback if negative feedback is removed???!
